Viability Study for Plympton St Maurice Guildhall

This Viability Study was undertaken to help FROGs, the Council, potential funders and other stakeholders understand the urgent works that need to be undertaken, the options for using the Guildhall in the future, and the capital and running costs associated with each proposal. FROGs also received governance training, undertook a community history project and worked with the Council’s Box and Mayflower 400 projects. There was considerable help in kind, and volunteering valued at almost £25,000. Please find the summary and full report below.
